Ai Navigli, in the heart of Milan nightlife

Our apartment is placed in one of the most iconic areas of Milan, the Navigli, the main place of Milano nightlife, perfect for a holiday of leisure and fun. The historic center and the Duomo are quickly reachable by tram or even on foot, with a short walk. Nearby the building you will find music, restaurants, bars and clubs. The apartment is comfortable and practical, but being in the heart of Milan's nightlife, if you wish to go to bed early, bear in mind that it is quite noisy at night. The apartment consists of a bright living room with sofa bed, double bedroom with adjoining walk-in wardrobe, bathroom with window with shower and beautiful granite sink recovered from the original house, fully equipped kitchenette. The parquet floor, the exposed ceiling beams and the walls with exposed stones make this space truly unique. The space is ideal for two people but a third guest can comfortably sleep on the sofa bed. Access is external because the complex is a railing house, the apartment is located on the first floor without a lift. Free Wi-Fi available to our customers.

The Italian law requires the communication of our Guests data to the Public Security authority. Therefore it is mandatory to provide the identity documents of all the guests before entering the apartment. The data provided by the Guest will be stored and used in accordance with the laws in force, exclusively for the period of the stay, subsequently they will be deleted from our servers. The reception service is automated, the entrance to the apartment is autonomous through digital keys, so you can arrive at preferred hour starting from 3 p.m.
